Did you know you can get feedback on your assessment before you get it marked?
This is what we do
Once you send us a draft of your assessment we will:
- Give you advice on how to write academically including sentence structure, grammar and formatting
- Advise on how to cite and reference your sources
- Provide feedback on some of your references
- Teach you how to find reliable, relevant information on the subject you are studying
This is what we can't do
We can't:
- Fully proofread your assessment
- Check if the sources you have used are real
- Answer your assessment question for you
- Check for plagiarism

Send us your assessment as a Word document to library@openpolytechnic.ac.nz or contact us for more information about this service.
How you'll get feedback on your assessment
One of the Library & Learning Centre team will send you back a copy of your assessment with suggestions on how you can improve it. We will also send you links to helpful resources.
